Shipping Policy

We ship from British Columbia, Canada, and aim to process your pup’s gear within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: Approximately 7–20 business days via air shipping, depending on the destination and shipping service.

These estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or delivery to remote locations.

Shipping Costs

  • Canada: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $70 CAD qualify for free shipping.

  • United States: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Rest of the world: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Available destinations and shipping options will be shown when you enter your delivery address.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from shipping costs.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If your tracking information is missing or you need help with your delivery, email info@novadayne.com with your order number.
