Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for Canadian orders, giving you 30 days from delivery to request a return. International orders are final sale, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with its tags and original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@novadayne.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email info@novadayne.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement. We’ll review your request promptly and cover any shipping costs associated with an approved damaged or defective item claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@novadayne.com.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including any mandatory cancellation, return, or faulty-product rights. Where EU consumer law applies, eligible online purchases have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.
